Comments

@SharingAll: Yes, of course, that's exactly what this is... but in one download with all the step by step instructions.
As stated, the maps needs no unlocking but the application does.
@SharingAll: By the way, thanks for the map.
It's the same map that you linked to that is included in this torrent.
This torrent wokrs great! Installed it on to my HTC Touch HD and followed the steps above, no problem at all. Navigation works, it automaticly started to look for satelites when i ran the program.
I have only one question, can i add the program to my "Programs" menu? (I dont wanna go into my "file explorer" and click on "QuePPC.exe" every time)
@pier-eight Thx!
@pier-eight
Kan du seeda Lantmäteriets Fjällkarta - Google Earth Super Overlay ett tag till ??
Just nu finns det ingen som seedar och bara 3 klienter, inga källor :(
Tack för bra grejer !!
Yes, you can add a shortcut on the program menu. Connect your mobile device to your PC and find the "Windows\Start Menu" folder (or similar name)
Then copy one of the other shortcuts there, rename it, and edit it with the correct path, something like "SD Card\GarminVM\QuePPC.exe"
this base map it is not detailed map(no all roads,streets...)??

Dear Ols von Wermland!

I've got HTC Touch HD and I installed this software, but the GPS settings isn't good because it doesn't find the sign. Can you tell me what do you use for settings(COM port.....)?THX

Purchase & go,
Begin free trial,

Connect to a Garmin GPS.
Instructions say" Copy the "Garmin" folder to a blank memory card", i copied not to blank memory card, but with enough space. Could this be the problem?

my nokia cant open the QueSP.exe becauseunknown file format. what is that about?
"12. Enter your device id and click "Generate""

For me it only worked when I entered the CARD ID instead.

@hkorvald: This version is for Windows Mobile, your phone is Symbian.
ok you all guys with the HTC phones,,,how the ... did you find your phone ID nr? do not direct me to tools/ system/about because there's only 5 simbols so it's not it. And as well i would be glad to trye using my card ID but i do not know if it is memory card we are talking about or the SIM (probably memory card, but then i don't know how to find that ID eather). Please don't take me as whiny cunt but i just spent 4 hours going thrue google and searching for solutions without any happy outcome...so come on, help a guy!
Valle9,
like you I only had 5 or 6 symbols and couldn't scroll down on touchscreen from samsung omnia. however i could scroll down with the action button on the phone and then more symbols appeared. conclusion: the symbol "about" is there, you just must find a way to scroll down without using your touchscreen.
By the way, thanks pier-eight, works good on samsung omnia windows mobile 6
and if that doesn't work, instead of opening QueSP.exe in step 5, open QuePPC.exe. This program works on phones as well, and has scroll arrows on the screen. Truth be told, it works and looks better then QueSP anyway..
he Everybody,

dl this for my samsung i780 and it works!!
no third party software for gps needed,i'm in amsterdam and default in somewere in brussel but after getting the right setting for my external gps all works fine.followed the instructions and used wifi remote access 1.0 for a quick dive into my files without having to remove my sd twice
i am running with realvga 128 dpi and not the 96 dpi cause of conflicts with my spb mobile shell 3.5+4.3 skins witch seem to work fine with the 128dpi
first i checked the box in external gps to automatic control
then i turned on the enhanced gps check the Xtra box and download the Xtra files manually
i do not use the 3g network for my simcard i a prepaid!!
i did this at home connected to my wifi network.
and so i will not be charched for any additional costs.

FOR some reason the default settings in garwin are set to the wrong gps device for me
to fix this i changed to setting to use the internal gps and selected the top port provided of the two ports, remember to set the external gps settings from the device to auto so garwin wil find it.
i did not check how long it took the get a fix but i went out to get a snack a while ago and it worked like a charm.just checked the fix lock speed and it was less then a minute (location amsterdam i don't know if that makes a differance)
the garwin online works but needs a internet connection (duh) but seeing that i have a prepaid sim i do not have the luxury on the rod however in can log to any wifi connection anywhere if not wep protected and do a quick dl for the roadworks and other thing it might think you'll need.
in the menu you will find a option to activate garwin online i did the google research and fond out that if you already get the info like traffic information it does not need activation and will not expire.
for insurance i used the keygen to create a key for the europe 2009 map and put it in the same file where we put the device id key in.
i do not know if this make any differance but had troubles with tomtom in the past and was just trying to avoid the same problems.

i have a nice collection of spb tools and games with the serials tested for i780

for i780 user i even have a standalone backup of my app files

if your interested contact me PessA666@gmail.com

and offcourse

THANX FOR THE GREAT UPLOAD

PessA 666
one more thing... for the shortcut i just selected the queppc.exe file and chose the option in menu to copy.
then i navigate (lol) back to the windows folder and the start menu folder
then in option menu select paste link in it and it wil come up in the start menu
Works for me on a Toshiba TG01 running Winmo 6.5.

IF KEYGEN DOESNT WORK OR CANNOT 'UNLOCK' USE CARD ID!!

I had to use the "Card ID" instead and worked a treat!
i have installed it in my htc hd 2. however the software failed to search for garmin gps. what should i do?
I am also unable to get this working on my UK HD2. When I tap connect to Garmin GPS, the device switches on my bluetooth trying to find an external GPS device which I don't have. My internal GPS runs through COM4. Any tips?

Thanks

Nik
works great on Omnia II having bit hassle with GPS but i'll get there thanks for download
I have had no luck with this program on two separate touch pro phones running windows mobile (even after a hard reset). Whoever said "just keep trying different things until it works" deserves a donkey punch. Torrents like this with supposedly detailed instructions and comments that were probably created by the torrent uploader to prop up his useless upload make me die a little on the inside.
I tryed the whole day to unlock it, I used device ID, card ID, IMEI and it just didn't work for my htc touch! I wasted my time!
Works perfect for my Axim X51V with WM 6.5 including putting a shortcut button on the start page. My only early hitch was a problem transferring the files from my computer to the sd card. In the end I had to open the file "Garmin" and transfer each folder separately. Super program!! Thank you..
all work but i cant unloc map..this base map it is not detailed map, i have tried MAP id 449 generate and this dont work...My phone is HTC diamond...
Sry for english, but plz help me:)
Thanks for this application. Very usefull.

Working well on a HTC Touch Diamond2.

Can anyone tell me how the maps can be updated?

Cheers
hi all,
could anyone tell me if I can get this to work on a dedicated GPS device?
say Wayteq 920BT. It runs Windows CE if I am not mistaken.

thanx a million!
I finally found a FULL version of gamin that works for blackberry go to http://trueblackberrygps.info/

P.S he has that restarted survey thing but if u do it it actually gives you the download link and works
ANYONE!!!
can I use it on a PNA running WinCE 6.0???? How?
works like a charm, but I have one problem: I can't write in adresses/countries etc. So it's quite impossible to do this. Have a HTC HD2. When it asks me to write in the country, the problem starts. The phone indicates on the screen that i tounch the letters on the keyboard that shows, but it won't "write" it, so I just have to leave it blank and push next. Then a list will show, I have to press arrow down til I find the country, and choose it. The same when it asks me to write in the city. It will take forever if I have to find country, city AND adress this way. Anyone else had this problem?
HI ALL: TO THOSE WHO CANNOT MAKE IT WORK:

I just struggled for about 3 hours, trying to input all kinds of combinations into the code generator (imei, imsi, device-id and map-id) times two (PPC and PC version) - nothing worked. I then thought to myself, that the absolutely last thing I would do was to move the GARMIN folder to the root of the movable disc - AND THIS WORKED USING THE DEVICE-ID) - hooray....

Thanks a lot for a great upload and remember to seed. Again: If all fails, make sure you have the garmin folder in your root instead of below \Program files\GARMIN (as I originally did)...

Hope this helps somebody. BTW hardware is: HTC Touch Diamond 2 + Mobile Windows 6.5... Phew, I'm glad I solved it out and maybe I can help somebody else with these comments.
